I was once human before I played Once Human

...But now I don't know what I am. I just sit here and play this game all day.

If you haven't heard of Once Human yet, I'm here to alert you that this game quite possibly has many, many aspects that you have been looking for! While yes, it is a survival game, there is SO MUCH MORE to do!

Let me just show you the character customization to try and hook you..

Gorgeous, right? This is how I made my character in the beginning, but I have since then made a lot of changes to her. It probably took me a good hour to customize her, which was no surprise to anyone. I can spend all day creating my characters in Sims!

Anyways, Once Human is a VAST open world where there are different servers to choose to play on. (SIDE NOTE: If you plan on playing this with your friends, try to start around the same time so you can get on the same server! At the moment, there is no way to switch between servers!! This is a huge pain in the butt, and I really hope this changes.) You harvest items, craft weapons, create weapon mods and gear, make furniture, go fishing (and even display your fish in aquariums.. I can't wait to do this) and I'm pretty sure you can even garden? (I have not begun my gardening era in this game yet) There's a storyline to follow, and "monsters" to fight, but you are safe in your own territory. Also, depending on where you decide to build your base, you may have to even travel quite a ways to fight, so if you're looking to avoid this as much as possible, it's do-able. However, I wouldn't recommend staying completely away from it, as it will help you progress in the game greatly! There's also a battle pass for those like me who love having something to work towards.

The game itself is relatively new (Around a month old I believe), but there is one huge thing that I want to share, that actually kept me away from this game for a while. I heard that at the end of each season, everything gets wiped and you have to start all over. Is this true? Kinda yes but mostly no!! From what I understand (The first season has not ended yet), you will get to KEEP all your cosmetics that you have paid real money for. (I will be honest and say that I don't know about the cosmetics you don't pay real money for.) I DO believe your house and weapons get lost, BUT!! you can create blueprints of your creations before the wipe, so that when the server resets, you can build back what you had much easier and quicker. This was ok with me, and I'm just hoping I remember to make those blue prints. ;)

I'm ending this with the best news yet. Are you ready? This game is completely FREE. There is absolutely nothing to lose (except your time), to try this game out! So what are you waiting for. :)
